Day 4 MMEW

Day 3 of C25K today and it actually felt good.  I don't know why I give up on excercising - I know it is good for me, and I feel better and sleep better when I do it. I am going to keep this up though!  Today is day 4 of Moving More, Eating Well.  Let's keep the good times rolling!
